DESCRIPTION WormiTrex-P is a clear yellow liquid, for use in drinking water to control & treat roundworm infestations in poultry. It is safe for use in all ages and species of poultry. COMPOSITION Contains per ml:       Levamisole HCl B.P .............................................................. 75mg       Excipients q.s .................................................................... 1ml INDICATIONS WormiTrex-P is effective against: Ascaridia galli, Capillaria spp, Trichostrongylus spp, Heterakis gallinarum, Gongylonema spp, Strongyloides avium & the gapeworm Syngamus trachea. Also very effective against Amidostomum anseris (gizzard worm) infection in ducks & geese. DOSAGE For oral administration only. Treat for one day in drinking water at a dose rate of 25 mg Levamisole / kg body weight. ADMINISTRATION Use at 2.5 ml of WormiTrex-P per litre of drinking water. Remove all other water sources until the birds have completely consumed the medicated water. DOSING REGIME Dose for 1 day at the 4th week of age, 8th week and then once every 2 months. A slight depression in egg production may occur 2 - 4 days after treatment.
