| DESCRIPTION Wormi-Trex-1g Bolus is a light-green, capsule-shaped bolus: upper side plain and with a single groove on lower side. It is a broad-spectrum antihelmintic for the control and treatment of gastro-intestinal Roundworms and Lungworms.  COMPOSITION Each bolus contains: Levamisole HCl B.P.(Vet) ........................................................ 2500mg Excipient ............................................................................ a.d. 1 bolus INDICATIONS Wormi-Trex 1g Bolus is highly effective against the following species of worms: Gastrointestinal Nematodes: Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Bunostomum, Strongyloides, Ascaris, Oesophagostomum, Strongyloides, Chabertia & Trichuris spp. Lungworms: Cystocaulus, Neostrongylus & Metastrongylus, Dictyocaulus, Muellerius, Protostrongylus spp. DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION By oral route either directly by hand or by means of a bolus (balling) gun. It can also be given as a drench after crushing the boli-dose and mixing with a little water. 7.5mg Levamisole HCl per kg bwt, i.e. 1 bolus per 150kg bodyweight. For animals weighing 300kg or more, a maximum of 2 boluses should be given. Do not exceed the stated dose.
