| DESCRIPTION Fluka-Trex Plus suspension is a broad-spectrum antihelmintic used for the treatment and control of infestations of gastro-intestinal and pulmonary nematodes, chronic fascioliasis (flukes) and cestodes in Cattle, Calves, Camels, Sheep & Goats  COMPOSITION Contains per ml: Levamisole HCl B.P ............................................................ 15mg Oxyclozanide B.P .............................................................. 30mg Excipients q.s ................................................................... 1ml INDICATIONS Flukatrex Plus suspension is highly effective against the following species of helminthes: In the abomasum: Haemonchus, Ostertagia and Trichostrongylus spp. In cattle it is effective in the treatment of Type II Ostertagiasis; however inhibited Ostertagia larvae (Pre-Type II ostertagiasis) do not respond to treatment. Also effective in sheep against inhibited Ostertagia spp. In the intestines: Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Oesophagostomum, Chabertia, Trichuris and Bunostomum spp. Also effective in sheep against adult Strongyloides spp.Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Oesophagostomum, Chabertia, Trichuris and Bunostomum spp. Also effective in sheep against adult Strongyloides spp. In the lungs: Dictyocaulus spp, including inhibited D. viviparus larvae in cattle. Also effective against Muellerius, Protostrongylus, Cystocaulus and Neostrongylus spp. ADMINISTRATION Flukatrex Plus Suspension is administered as an oral drench in the respective species. It can be used simultaneously during vaccinations and treatment of other conditions. It can also be given at any time during pregnancy and lactation. Shake well before use. DOSAGE The dosage levels in Flukatrex Plus are: 7.5mg levamisole hydrochloride per kg bodyweight and 15.0 mg oxyclozanide per kg bodyweight. The dose volume is: All species: 1 ml per 2kg bodyweight
